Your best true stories are still to come

Hi ! I’m Victoria,

I’m here to help you step into your life’s work as a sensitive empathetic difference maker.

I help you align your deepest truth with your potential so you, your clients and the world get the benefit of your gifts, talents, and heart.

I discovered, after transitioning to an online business, despite having the track record and skills, personal brand, software, the automations, and strong aligned messaging, that I struggled to succeed in my quest. And I didn’t know why. All I knew was I kept hitting resistance, and finding myself stuck in the same position months … no, years, into my journey.

Everything began to change for me when I connected with my true story … the one that revealed my own identity to myself, and allowed me to own my history and what makes me tick. It was the moment I finally saw my own inner challenges as my superpowers.

For years I’d been skilled at guiding others to discover their own conversion stories and reframe their own identities in order to embody their authentic best selves. And suddenly I was able to do the same for myself.

The “becoming” bit is a process, but it began, and it changed my world.

These blocks and resistance are felt acutely by highly sensitive and empathetic people who have internalised a lot throughout their life. The way we learn about ourselves and the world is often through our immature childhood lens which takes others’ comments and behaviours personally. We believe we are responsible for challenges experienced by the adults around us, and we learn how to navigate them to feel safe and loved in the context of our early relationships. Many of these events and internalised lessons we don’t remember. This makes our blocks and fears and truth difficult to see, let alone admit to.

We can unearth our deepest hidden beliefs and see them for what they are … and that’s a profound way to begin to peel back the layers to find our truth.

Once I was able to connect with my truth, and my fears, and find a way to move beyond those invisible blocks, I was able to develop a methodology to help others step into their own story and life’s work.

This methodology is centered on transforming fears by bringing them into the light and exposing them for what they really are, tuning into what you are here to do and be in the world, shaping a clear vision of what that can look and feel like for you while creating aligned and compelling messaging and stories, and taking confident steps to thrive in your quest.

Yep. That's what I do.

You see, I know what it is to have a passion and a vision and make it come true, despite my neurodiversity.

I know what it feels like to be determined to do work that holds meaning for me and which enables a ripple effect for positive change, even when my body is held back by anxiety.

And I know the independence and energy that comes with having financial security and freedom, especially having escaped the world of saying “yes” to projects that weren’t aligned with my values and entered a world of saying “yes” to people and opportunities that light me up. And you can too.

I love nothing more than to share my insights and sensibilities with other sensitive women so they can thrive too - financially yes, but just as vitally, emotionally, and energetically. We need our businesses and lives to enliven us so we can do our magic in the world.

Being able to step into that provides us with an opportunity to lead with the courage of our deepest convictions, and communicate in alignment with that, so together we can do meaningful and fulfilling work, developing our vision, story, messaging, and a path that is an extension of our personal truth.

That’s what I embraced as a child, learning meditation and finding ways to let go, be present, and find peace and joy, throughout my life.

That’s what served me in high school when I discovered my passions and talents in filmmaking, writing, and fine art.

That’s what gave me the greatest insights at uni when I studied film and television production and learned to focus on the “why” and connect with people’s deepest motivations.

It is what enabled me to make a difference through my corporate and documentary video productions, telling stories that moved people and helped them see a perspective that touched lives and reframed their vision for themselves and their potential.

And it is what continues to guide me, now that I understand what it is to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), the abilities it helps me bring to my work, and the skills I need to be my best despite the challenges.

Now that I’m on this path, I can trust my own advice, share from a place of deep inner knowing, and help create a ripple effect of positive change for other sensitive and empathetic entrepreneurs.

I’m all about #SeeItSayItBeIt

Do you dream of feeling confident on your path to your own potential?

Do you feel called to develop yourself as a person and embody an identity that feels fully alive and true?

Do you long to be able to tune in and communicate authentically and compellingly?

It starts with YES!

I’d love to see you on the yellow brick road. Take your first steps today.

P.S. I live in an Art Deco villa in Melbourne half the time, and the other half of the time I’m with my love, Keith, in the forests of the Yarra Ranges where we share a dream eco-home that he and his brothers built as teenagers! This is the view from the lounge room.

We are completely off-grid, in a rammed earth hand-made brick, three story pole house, with an organic food garden and orchard, two sheep (Dolly and Nelly), 7 chickens, a house cat, and are surrounded by a menagerie of wildlife such as wallabies, wombats, echidnas, koalas, goannas, kookaburras, lyrebirds, wedge tailed eagles, rosellas, king parrots, frogs, ducks, possums …. the list goes on.

It’s an amazing life, and I love being able to run my business on the power of the sun! We have excellent internet (thanks Elon Musk). You’ll usually find me barefoot in a beret (I think I have 9 different colours). I hope you get to visit!
