Am I too late to join?
There’s no such thing as late at Yellow Brick Road Academy (YBR) YBR is designed to let you explore at your own pace with friendly reminders from me to help keep you engaged in the process, wherever you are in your growth, so you can join anytime. As a founding member you have the one time opportunity to start as the membership content is created and published from early stages … so there’s no overwhelm in navigating a sea of content, and the investment is small to show my appreciation for setting out with me from the start.
If I’m in a different time zone to you, does that mean I’ll miss the bulk of the live content?
While there are opportunities to join me live for a monthly Q&A / hotseat, it’s optional, and there are multiple sessions to fit with most time zones. Plus, the content is pre recorded, so you can explore it and do that work at your own pace, when it suits you.

I’m feeling overwhelmed already by all the things I’m trying to get done. I’m just not confident I’ll have time for this. Will it be too much for me?
The thing about YBR is that it is not strictly a how-to course with hours of weekly homework to keep up with or feel guilty and behind in. Yes, there is educational content, but this is a space for you to tune into the heart, give yourself some love, and explore the ideas and aspects of yourself and your life and business that you love and care about and want to develop. This gives you energy as much if not more than it asks of you. Doing this inner work can be emotionally and energetically enlivening, rather than costly. It’s about your growth and your clarity and your story and your path to becoming what you long to embody. So I’d suggest the time you set aside to dive in, is time that can put you into flow state where time hardly seems to exist! And you’ll have more energy and capacity for the other things in your life. Besides, there’s no such thing as getting behind. And I’m here to gently nudge and help you focus on what you need, when you need it.
What stage of business do I need to be at to get the most out of YBR?
Maybe you’re just starting out and still developing your ideas. Maybe you’ve been doing this for years and want to shift into a more fulfilling self-leadership experience in your business. If you know you have been held back from getting to the next level in your business, whether that relates to getting clear on your messaging or ideal client, or if you’re trying to scale and feel blocked with visibility issues or energetic struggles, or whether you want to get deep with your brand clarity and communication, then you’re at the right stage to get started.
What if I can’t make it to the lives?
Q&As and other live events with Victoria are held at multiple times to provide easier access for different time zones. The events are recorded for later access, and made available to members inside, so you can still access the content. In fact, you can ask a question in advance and I’ll try to answer it in the next live session for you!
What is the community like?
The community is currently a small group of sensitive, empathetic, compassionate entrepreneurs, so you’ll find your people here. My focus is on providing a safe, welcoming environment, and creating a space for open-heartedness. Doing this work does invite you to be vulnerable, so it can sometimes feel raw and emotional … and we’re all in this together, safe in the knowledge that this is what it takes to seek, find, and align with your truth. We meet on Zoom and in a private Facebook group.
How can I review my membership details?
Once you are a member, you can access your member account by logging in and selecting “Account” in the header navigation then “Memberships”. There you will be able to see your start date, a link to your member area homepage, plus your renewal date, installment frequency and amount, and a link to manage your subscription.
How do I cancel my membership?
Log into your customer account.
Click Account, then click Memberships.
Click the member area you want to cancel your membership to.
If you have remaining payments: click Go manage subscription. Otherwise, move to the next step.
Click Cancel subscription, then click Cancel subscription again to confirm.
You'll keep access to gated content for the remainder of the billing cycle. At the end of the billing cycle, your account fully expires. You'll still have access to your customer account, but navigation links to members-only content won't display. There will be no refund for payments already made. The remaining recurring payments will be automatically cancelled. You can rejoin at any time at whatever the current membership fee is. Cancelling can occur by deliberate request or due to credit card expiration.
Do you provide 1:1 services?

Do you accept Paypal?
Paypal will only accept payments for non-subscription items and services. As this membership automatically renews (unless cancelled), Paypal will not allow us to offer it as a payment option unfortunately! I know Paypal is super convenient, but at this time you can enter your credit or debit card details once only! Of course, if your card expires or is replaced, you’ll need to update your details within the membership to maintain your place at the rate you subscribed at.
My card details are wrong and my membership lapsed by accident. Can I rejoin at my previous subscription fee?
At the moment, the system only enables automatic payments based on the current subscription rate. As much as I would LOVE to let you back in at your previous rate, if the prices have gone up and your membership lapsed due to a card error, the system doesn’t currently have that flexibility. This may however be changing in future, so please write to me and ask … there may be a software update in the wings! No guarantees … but worth a try. I’d be happy to check.
